4th annual “Mini Rush-More” trip to the Black Hills of South Dakota this coming spring. Home to Mount Rushmore, Deadwood, and Sturgis. We are planning on a 4 day 3 night overnighter run to Hill City, SD in the Black hills 26, 27, 28, and 29th of May 2017, so save the dates.

We have a run setup on Iron Mountain road. 314 CURVES, 14 SWITCHBACKS, 3 PIGTAILS, 3 TUNNELS, 4 PRESIDENTS, 2 SPLITS in 17 MILES, with another run on Needles Highway. Some of the attractions, Mount Rushmore, 1880’s Train, Casino’s, Great Drives, Great food, Great Scenery. For comparison Tail of the Dragon is 318 curves in 11 miles.

We will be having a social gathering Sunday evening. We have other ideas that we are working on.. more fun to come.

The hotel will be $105 for Saturday and Sunday night and then $89 for Monday night (average $100.00 a night). You can also make your own arrangements, at other hotels in town if you wish. As this is a tourist destination on a holiday weekend, it was hard to get any type of deal, as most places didn’t want to mess with a group as they will sell out anyway. Keep that in mind, so get your reservations at whatever hotel you want sooner than later. We will be staying in the same town as last year. This year this will give us better access to walk the main street in Hill City with lots of shopping, restaurants, other hotels, gas stations, and a car wash!!!
